Daniel Reichard

Daniel Reichard is a Senior Researcher and Project Manager at ZEISS Group's Innovation Hub since February 2022. Prior to this, Daniel held the position of Projektleiter at FZI Forschungszentrum Informatik from January 2018 to March 2022, leading the “Human Brain Project” team. Earlier experience includes a role as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at the Karlsruher Institut für Technologie, where Daniel conducted research in computert-assisted surgery from July 2014 to December 2017, and as a Softwareingenieur at ITK Engineering GmbH focusing on software development for medical devices in 2014. Daniel obtained a Dr.-Ing. in Informatik and a Diplom Informatiker from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, completed in 2017 and 2014, respectively.
