Hannah Peres has extensive experience in design and user research, currently serving as Head of Design & Insights at ZEISS Group since September 2019, where responsibilities include leading design thinking initiatives focused on customer and consumer insights. Prior to ZEISS, Hannah held the position of Manager of User Research for Global Innovation at Ravensburger and contributed to innovation processes addressing the needs of children and families. From November 2011 to June 2017, Hannah worked at IDEO as a Design Lead and Design Researcher, participating in diverse innovation projects across various industries. Early career roles included designer positions focused on user research and UI design, as well as freelance design work in concepts and communication. Hannah holds a Master of Arts in Design from Zürcher Hochschule der Künste (ZHdK), completed in 2010.
