Heeyoon Choi

Heeyoon Choi has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 1998 as an HR generalist at the Korea Association for ICT Promotion. Heeyoon then worked as an HR manager at HomePlus from 2000 to 2006. Heeyoon joined Novartis in 2007, serving as a staffing manager until 2009 and then becoming a talent manager until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at ASML as an HR business partner and responsible for talent and training development. Choi worked as an HR business partner at Diageo from 2013 to 2014 before becoming the head of human resources at Alfa Laval from 2014 to October 2022. Currently, they hold the position of head of human resources at ZEISS Group, starting in October 2022.

Heeyoon Choi earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the University of Oregon, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they also attended Humboldt State University from 1993 to 1994 for an English language course at the International English Language Institute.
