Inga Kortmann

Inga Kortmann has a diverse work experience. Inga is currently working at ZEISS Group as the Talent Attraction Process & Governance Lead. Before that, they worked as Talent Attraction - Recruiting Germany at ZEISS. Inga also worked at JENPERSONAL GmbH as an HR Connect Specialist for ZEISS. Prior to that, they had an HR Operations internship at JENOPTIK. Inga also worked as a Research Assistant at Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena and as a Werkstudentin Talent Attraction & Personalmarketing at ZEISS Group. Inga had previous experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Koblenz-Landau and as a Recruiting Intern and Werkstudentin in the area of recruiting at CareerTeam.

Inga Kortmann completed their M.Sc. in Psychologie in Arbeit, Bildung und Gesellschaft at Friedrich Schiller University Jena from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned their B.Sc. in Psychologie from the University of Koblenz and Landau, graduating in 2018. Inga also holds a Baccalauréat Général from Académie de Strasbourg, obtained in 2014, and a Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English - C2 from Cambridge Assessment English.
