Jennifer Sancho Vargas

Jennifer Sancho Vargas has a diverse work experience in the field of HR data, processes, and analytics. Jennifer worked at ZEISS Group from 2015 to the present, starting as a Corporate Student and progressing to roles such as BI Project Manager and Team Head BI Applications and Projects. Jennifer'smost recent role at ZEISS Group is Head of global HR Data, Processes and Analytics. Prior to that, they worked at Capgemini as an SAP BI Consultant from 2012 to 2015 and at IBM as a Corporate Student in Business Administration and IT Services from 2009 to 2012.

Jennifer Sancho Vargas is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Information Systems at Aalen University, with an expected completion date in 2022.
