Matthew Wilson

Matthew Wilson is an experienced professional in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the Head of the Semiconductor Segment and previously in various leadership roles at Carl Zeiss Korea since June 2013. Responsibilities include managing profit centers and leading teams in semiconductor manufacturing technology and research microscopy solutions, along with restructuring customer service teams to align with market demands. Prior experience includes serving as Customer Support Director at SUSS MicroTec Korea, where Matthew oversaw service and application teams across Korea and Southeast Asia, and held managerial positions at Semiconductor Diagnostics Inc. and Newport Corporation, focusing on customer support, application management, and technical sales. Matthew holds a Master’s degree in Electronic Systems from Ulster University, a Dipl.-Ing. in Communication Technology from Fachhochschule Augsburg, and an HND in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Ulster University.
