Max Oxton-Morris has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Max began their career as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they gained experience in various retail outlets and developed their management skills. Max later joined Consulting Point as a Principal Consultant, specializing in management consultancy and IT across multiple industry sectors. Max then served as the UK Talent Acquisition Manager at Enzen Global Limited, providing tailored services to the Gas, Power, and Water industry. Max then moved on to GKN Aerospace, where they served as the Talent Acquisition Manager for the UK and Europe, designing and manufacturing aerospace systems and components. Max also worked as the UK Recruiting Manager at Catalent Pharma Solutions, a global leader in integrated services and manufacturing solutions for the life sciences industry. Prior to their current role, Max served as the Head of Recruitment Operations - Contingent & Early Careers at BAE Systems, a leading defense technology company. Currently, they are working at ZEISS Group as the Global Talent Resourcing Manager and serves as the Global People Lead for Talent Attraction Excellence.

Max Oxton-Morris attended Princethorpe College from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained 9 GCSE's including Maths, English, Science, and IT. Max then attended John Cleveland College from 2000 to 2002 and completed A Levels in Computing, English, and Sport Studies. Finally, Max completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Information Systems from Leeds Beckett University from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained the PRINCE2 Foundation certification from APMG-International in 2014.
