Pascal Reder has a strong background in digital analytics and marketing research. Pascal began their career as an intern at SPORT1 GmbH, where they focused on quantitative market research. From there, they took on an internship at Happy Thinking People, gaining experience in marketing research and consulting. Pascal then worked as a part-time student at ATOSS Software AG, where they focused on new business development and online marketing. Pascal also had a part-time student job at Scribbr, assisting students with various tasks related to online marketing and growth hacking. Pascal later joined Gallafilz GmbH as a junior marketing analyst, before moving to Hopmann | Marketing Analytics as a digital analytics consultant. Currently, they are employed by the ZEISS Group, where they have held several roles, including web analytics expert, digital customer interaction analytics lead, and currently as the head of digital analytics & personalization.
Pascal Reder completed a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid from 2014 to 2015. Pascal went on to obtain a Diploma Degree in International Business and Economics from Universität Innsbruck between 2011 and 2016. Pascal then pursued a Master of Business Administration in Digital Business from the University of Amsterdam - Amsterdam Business School from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Tableau Desktop Certified Associate, Tealium iQ Advanced User Certification, Tealium Audience Stream, and others.
