Stefan Claes

Stefan Claes is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in business transformation and customer excellence. Currently serving as Sr. Vice President and Head of Business Transformation at ZEISS Group since December 2010, Stefan is driving the global shift to new ERP and CRM platforms aimed at scalable growth. In previous roles, Stefan has led significant initiatives, including the global Customer Excellence program for enhancing customer interactions and a global Service Excellence program focused on differentiating technical service. Prior to ZEISS, Stefan held key positions at The Linde Group and Organon International, developing expertise in marketing, sales, and business development across various European regions. Stefan holds an MSc in Business Economics from Tilburg University and has continued professional development through prestigious institutions including Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
