Tanu Jindal

Tanu Jindal has extensive experience in project management and automation, currently serving as Head of RPA at ZEISS Group from May 2019 to April 2024, where responsibilities include leading the RPA strategy and ensuring the delivery of automated processes. Tanu's previous roles at ZEISS Group include Global Project Manager for the RPA Center of Excellence, where Tanu guided a team to streamline automation for global stakeholders, and Manager in the Director’s Office, overseeing strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes a Vice President position at BNY Mellon, focusing on Fund Accounting strategy for the EMEA region, and a brief internship at Microsoft, contributing to an anti-piracy campaign. Tanu also gained foundational skills as a Senior Design Engineer at Bit Mapper Integration Technologies, managing defense projects, and as a Teaching Assistant at DAIICT. Tanu holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and participated in an exchange program at EDHEC Business School.
