Thomas Fung has a diverse work experience in various roles. Thomas started their career at The Silicon Resources (TSR) Canada Inc as a Sales Team Lead, where they achieved top sales producer annually and maintained long-term business relationships with clients. Thomas then worked as an IT Support Technician at LinkUp Group before joining IBM Canada IBM Canada Limitee as an Information Technology Service Desk Team Lead. In this role, they managed a team of 20 agents, provided IT service support to large enterprise clients, and ensured the team met and exceeded monthly Service Level Agreements. Currently, Thomas works as an IT Site Lead at ZEISS Group, where they manage the IT department, leads a team of multi-disciplined staff, and provides network support and administration.
