Timo Foisner

Timo Foisner is a Senior Expert for Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs at ZEISS Group since September 2008, leading an internationally accredited Test Lab with a focus on medical devices, laboratory equipment, machinery, and optical radiation safety standards. Prior to this role, Timo served as the Deputy Head of Testlab at DIN CERTCO from September 2004 to August 2008, where responsibilities included testing and certifying various types of safety glasses and welding filters. Timo holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Optoelectronics from Aalen University and has trained as an Industrial Electronics Technician specializing in device technology at TELENOT GmbH.
