Tobias Harter

Tobias Harter is a seasoned researcher currently serving as a Staff Researcher at ZEISS Innovation Hub at KIT since March 2020. Prior to this position, Harter held roles as Senior Researcher and Researcher at the same hub. From February 2015 to January 2020, Harter was a Research Group Leader focusing on Teratronic Signal Processing and a PhD candidate at the Karlsruhe Institute für Technologie (KIT), specializing in Wireless Terahertz Communications, Optoelectronic Devices, and Signal Processing. Early career experiences include roles as an intern at Visolas GmbH, ZEISS Group, and Porsche. Harter holds a Master of Science degree in Optics and Photonics from KIT and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physikalische Technik from Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences, with additional study abroad experience at The University of Queensland and foundational studies in Audiovisual Media at Stuttgart Media University.
