Torsten Sievers

Torsten Sievers has extensive work experience in the ZEISS Group. Torsten started working for the company in 2007 as a Scientist Image Processing, and later became the Head of Data Processing. In 2013, they joined ZEISS Industrial Metrology as the Head of Engineering, eventually transitioning to the role of Head of Application Development. Their most recent position with ZEISS was as the Business Development Manager. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of Head of Technology & Innovation.

Torsten Sievers has an education history that includes a Ph.D. in Informatik from Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, completed between 2002 and 2007. Additionally, they attended École Polytechnique de Montreal in 2007 to study Nanorobotics. Prior to that, they obtained a Diplom in Physik from Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, completed between 1997 and 2002.
