Henriette Teichler

Henriette Teichler has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Henriette is currently serving as the Team Lead Series Procurement at Carl Zeiss Meditec AG, where they focus on securing supply, contract negotiation, and management of supply bottlenecks. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Purchasing Manager at BOHAI TRIMET Automotive Holding GmbH.

Before their role at BOHAI TRIMET, Henriette served as a Strategic Buyer at Contemporary Amperex Technology Ltd. (CATL), where they were responsible for project-specific operational control, implementation of sourcing strategies, and SAP key user for procurement.

Earlier in their career, they held the position of Head of Purchasing Department at Forbo Eurocol Deutschland GmbH and worked as an Export Area Sales Manager for the same company. Henriette also worked as a Technical Manager at Asglawo GmbH and gained HR Trainee experience at Ameco Beijing. Additionally, they had a role at GSK as a Project Support Coordinator and Administrator.

Henriette Teichler began their career as a bookbinder at Kliniken Zschadrass. Throughout their career, they have showcased their expertise in procurement, supply chain management, negotiation, and team development.

Henriette Teichler completed their Diploma (FH) in Economics and Business Chinese from HSB Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences from 1995 to 1999. Henriette also attended Sichuan Union University in Chengdu, China for Chinese business language studies in 1997. In addition, they received vocational training in bookbinding from Graphischer Großbetrieb Interdruck in Leipzig from 1986 to 1988. Furthermore, they recently obtained a certification in SharePoint Online Grundkurs (Microsoft 365) from LinkedIn in 2022.
