Michael Wagner

Michael Wagner has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Michael started their career at Siemens in 1995, where they held roles such as Consultant, Cooperation Manager, and Vice President of Knowledge Management. In 2002, they moved to Siemens Healthineers and held positions including Leiter CRM, Leiter Market Intelligence, and Leiter Product Management. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Gastdozent at FOM Hochschule für Ökonomie & Management. Since 2011, they have been working at Carl Zeiss Meditec AG as the Global Head of Service Product Management.

Michael Wagner has a Dr. rer. pol. degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik, which they obtained from the University of Duisburg-Essen between 1992 and 1995. Prior to that, they completed a Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) between 1986 and 1992. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Systemischer Business Coach, ITIL Version 3 Foundation, and Wirtschaftsmediation, from GRUNDIG AKADEMIE für Wirtschaft und Technik Gemeinnützige Stiftung e.V. and TÜV SÜD Akademie GmbH in the years 2011, 2009, and 2007 respectively.
