Stefanie Spanagel

Stefanie Spanagel is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and management across various industries. As the Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Management Board at Carl Zeiss Meditec AG since June 2023, Stefanie oversees global operations, including production sites and service, along with strategic supply chain management and operational excellence. As the founder and partner of Effizient zum Erfolg since September 2003, Stefanie has been dedicated to enhancing process excellence for international clients. Previous roles include management consulting at Spanagel Solutions, executive leadership at ebm-papst Group and AMK Group, and various operational positions at MANN+HUMMEL and Festo, demonstrating a strong focus on process optimization and Lean management. Stefanie holds degrees in Production Management from Reutlingen University and International Production Management from EMLV - École de Management Léonard de Vinci.
