Richard Andrae

Richard Andrae is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Valuation & Pricing Strategy at Carla since November 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Finance Manager at Northvolt from June 2021 to November 2025, where responsibilities encompassed Business Control & Analysis for automotive programs, alongside positions as a Senior Project Analyst and Project Analyst. At Scania Group, Richard worked as a Master Thesis Student in early 2021. A background in consulting is evident through the role of Business Area Manager at Lunicore Student Consulting from December 2018 to March 2021. Richard’s internship experience includes opportunities at Ericsson and Påmind as a Business Analyst Intern and Business Development Intern, respectively. Additional roles include sailing instructor and various positions at Sambla and the Swedish Armed Forces. Richard holds a Master of Science in Engineering with a focus on Mechanical Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University.
