Sandra Palm

Sandra Palm has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sandra currently holds a role as a qualified member at Nova since 2022. Prior to Nova, they worked at Carla from 2022, where they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition. At Carla, they were responsible for building and scaling the global talent acquisition division, recruiting key executives, and contributing to the company's recognition as one of LinkedIn's Top 10 Startups in 2022. Before Carla, Sandra founded and worked at LYNX Headhunting AB from 2015 until 2022, where they focused on executive search for tech companies in Europe. Sandra also worked as a Senior Researcher at Holm | Henning & Partners from 2014 to 2015, a Business Developer at Bellbox AB in 2012, and an Analyst at Svensk Försäljningsentreprenad in 2011.
