Sally MacDonald

Sally Macdonald is an accomplished business leader and strategist with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Non Executive Director at Parkinson's Australia Limited and a member of Chief Executive Women since 2010, Macdonald also chairs the Advisory Board for CARLA ZAMPATTI and holds director, investor, and advisory roles at Antipodean Group. Previously, Macdonald was CEO of BIG W, overseeing a major discount department store within Woolworths Australia, and served as CEO and Managing Director of OrotonGroup during its ASX listing. Macdonald's career includes strategic consulting at The Boston Consulting Group and operational roles at The Gap, Inc.
