Kathy Uphoff

Kathy Uphoff is an accomplished professional in the healthcare revenue cycle sector, currently serving as the Director of Revenue Cycle Patient Financial Services at Carle Health since August 2025. Prior to this role, Kathy held the position of PFS Manager at Morris Hospital from 2019 to July 2025, overseeing daily operations and acting as a liaison within the hospital system.
