Ross Richards

Ross Richards, MBA, MPA, currently serves as the Director of Operations at Carle Health and has previously held several leadership roles at the University of Illinois Foundation, including Director of Engagement and Interim Director of Engagement. Ross also worked as the Associate Director for Annual Giving Operations at the University. At Illinois State University, Ross was active in student government, serving as Student Body President and Secretary of the Assembly/Senator. Additionally, Ross gained experience as a Campaign Event Intern for State Senator Dan Rutherford. Currently, Ross is pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Communication and Health Management at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with an ongoing education that commenced in 2024.
