Stephanie Stines

Stephanie Stines is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager at Carle Health, with a focus on clinical services. Starting in October 2017, Stephanie has held multiple roles within the organization, including Talent Acquisition Lead for nursing recruitment and HR Partner for nursing and patient support recruitment. Prior to Carle Health, Stephanie served as Event Director and Office Manager at Regent Ballroom and held various positions at EXPRESS, culminating in the role of Talent Acquisition Manager. Earlier career experience includes serving as Front Office Coordinator at Schwartz Chiropractic Centre and a stylist at EXPRESS. Stephanie holds a B.S. in Business with a concentration in HR Management from Eastern Illinois University and an A.S. in Business Administration from Parkland College.
