Carolyn Livingston

Carolyn Livingston serves as the Vice President for Student Life and Dean of Students at Carleton College since June 2015. Prior to this role, Carolyn held multiple positions at Emory University from 2006 to June 2015, including Senior Associate Vice President for Campus Life and Special Assistant to the Senior Vice President for Campus Life. Carolyn earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of Virginia between 2000 and 2007 and holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Applied Mathematics from North Carolina State University.
