Elise Eslinger

Elise Eslinger is the Vice President and Chief of Staff at Carleton College. Elise has been with Carleton College since January 1993, serving in various capacities including Special Assistant to the President for Planning and Administration. In their current role, they represent the Carleton President at meetings on and off campus, assists with special projects and communications initiatives, and coordinates office operations and supervises staff.

Elise Eslinger has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of St. Thomas in Non-profit Administration. Elise also has a Bachelor's degree in Theirtory from Carleton College. Elise is certified in Business Analytics & Data Visualization from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business and certified in Cognitive Coaching from Thinking Collaborative. Elise is also certified in Society for College and University Planning (SCUP) Integrated Strategic Planning from the Society of College and University Planning.
