Dillon Brady

Dillon Brady currently serves as the Manager of Student Conduct and Harm Reduction at Carleton University, a role undertaken since January 2019, which involves investigating non-academic misconduct, documenting case files, and implementing harm reduction programs. Previously, Dillon held positions at Algonquin College, where responsibilities included overseeing a student conduct program and case management in residence. Dillon's experience also encompasses security roles at GardaWorld and DND, alongside research assistance in criminology and policy analysis for the Parole Board of Canada. Dillon earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology from Carleton University in 2014.
