Janice McDonald, LL.D (Hon) ICD.D, serves as a mentor at Carleton University, where the Alumni Mentors program connects students and recent graduates with established professionals. As a bestselling author of "FEARLESS. Girls with dreams, Women with Vision" and the creator, executive producer, and host of the Fearless Women Podcast, Janice promotes women's empowerment and leadership.
