Kalkan

Cem Kalkan is a graduate research and teaching assistant at Carleton University since September 2019, having previously served as a visiting researcher at the same institution in the summer of 2018. Kalkan has experience in corporate project management, working as a corporate project management specialist for HUGO BOSS from May 2017 to May 2018, and has held multiple internships at Bosch, Indesit Company, İnci GS Yuasa, and Mensan Otomotiv ve Makine Aksam San.Tic.A.Ş. Kalkan is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace at Carleton University, following a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Thermodynamics and two Bachelor’s degrees in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from DEU and Dokuz Eylul University, respectively.
