Michael Corkum

Michael Corkum is a seasoned web development professional with extensive experience in both leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as the Senior Web Developer at Carleton University since May 2012, Michael has led the development of over 1000 websites and applications, leveraging expertise in Docker to enhance deployment processes. Previous roles include Front End Developer at Acquia, and Sole Proprietor / Full Stack Developer at Mike Corkum Development, where a wide range of web services were provided to clients. Michael also held the position of Senior Web Developer at Alcatel-Lucent, focusing on improving online properties for various internal clients. Earlier experience includes technical support at Cyberus Online Inc. Michael holds a degree in Journalism from Carleton University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
