Mike McGinn

Mike McGinn is an accomplished professional in the field of industrial design and business development, currently serving as a Creator at Factor Bikes since June 2023. In addition, McGinn has been a 4th year Studio Instructor at Carleton University since September 2021. Prior to these roles, McGinn held several key positions, including Director of Business Development and Director of Industrial Design Services at Faction Bike Studio, where responsibilities included leading the industrial design team. Other significant experiences include serving as Director of Ride Design at ProSlide Technology Inc., and holding various roles at Argon 18, M10 Designs, Revision Military, Guru Bicycles, Mega Brands, and Wingspan Design. McGinn obtained a degree from Carleton University between 2001 and 2005.
