Romika Subedi

Romika Subedi is a dedicated student researcher currently conducting research at Carleton University under Dr. Kristin Connor, focusing on gender disparities in healthcare funding and outcomes. Experience includes roles at the Public Health Agency of Canada in the Prion Diseases Division and Emergency Management Branch, as well as a student researcher position at the CHEO Research Institute under Dr. Ahmed Nasr. Romika was recognized as an NSERC Undergraduate Student Research Award recipient while serving as an undergraduate research assistant at Carleton University. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine degree in progress at the University of Ottawa, and an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences with a concentration in Biomedical Science from Carleton University.
