Steve Ulrich

Steve Ulrich is an accomplished academic and engineer in the field of Space Systems Engineering, currently serving as an Associate Professor at Carleton University since August 2013, where previous roles included Assistant Professor and Lecturer. Ulrich's research expertise encompasses advanced projects such as the Synchronization Position Hold Engage Reorient Experimental Satellites aboard the ISS and various space-related control systems. Prior to Carleton, Ulrich was a Postdoctoral Associate at the MIT Space Systems Laboratory and a Spacecraft GN&C Research Engineer at NGC Aerospace Ltd. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from Carleton University, a M.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, and a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke, supplemented by a Certificate in Space Studies from the International Space University.
