D. Chase Hicks

D. Chase Hicks, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Starting in 2006, Hicks worked as a Teacher for Bristol Tennessee City Schools, where they displayed strong leadership skills by overseeing various roles such as a classroom educator, position coach for two varsity sports, advisor for the school's FBLA group, and supervisor for the system's GEM program. In 2009, Hicks joined the Niswonger Foundation as an Online Facilitator for Personal Finance and remained in this role until 2018.

In 2014, Hicks transitioned to Alpha Natural Resources, where they took on multiple responsibilities as a PI Project Lead for HR and IT, as well as a Senior ERP Analyst for Oracle R12 Finance. During this time, they led various process improvement projects and was instrumental in implementing new payroll, time management, and finance systems. Hicks also served as a system analyst for accounting, sourcing, and HR departments, and oversaw training programs for new systems.

Currently, Hicks is employed at Carlex Glass America, LLC as an HRIS Analyst, HR Project Lead, Data Analyst, and BP Liaison. Since joining in 2019, they have been leading system implementations and has played a significant role in the introduction of UKG Time & Attendance and UKG Performance Management.

D. Chase Hicks, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Carson-Newman University, which was completed between 2013 and 2015. D. Chase also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management from Emory & Henry College, which was obtained between 2001 and 2006.
