Tyler Lovell

Tyler Lovell is a seasoned professional in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as the Lean Manufacturing Manager at Carlex since November 2015. In this role, Tyler focuses on implementing the Carlex Operating System to enhance operational efficiency through visual management and continuous improvement methods. Prior to this position, Tyler held the role of Production Superintendent at Carlex, overseeing a team of four supervisors and 60 hourly employees, and collaborating with maintenance and engineering to optimize throughput and yield. Tyler also has experience as a Process Engineer, dedicated to improving production metrics while developing products for major clients like Ford and Nissan. Earlier in the career, Tyler gained customer service experience as an Associate at Averitt Express. Tyler obtained a degree from Tennessee Technological University between 2010 and 2013.
