Stephen Evans

Stephen Evans is a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer with extensive experience in project management, process development, defect analysis, and process improvement. Currently employed at Carley Foundry, Inc. since August 2005, Stephen has developed expertise in various casting processes including Green Sand, Chemically Bonded Sand, and Investment Casting. Previously, Stephen served as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Eck Industries, Inc. from May 1993 to August 2005, focusing on metal matrix composites. Early career experiences include roles as a Manufacturing Engineer at Quality Aluminum Casting Co. and as a Powertrain Specialist and Combat Engineer in the United States Army Reserve from 1985 to 1999. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, earned in 1990.
