Michelle Ross

Michelle Ross is an accomplished instructional designer with extensive experience in developing and implementing training programs across various sectors, including government and military. Currently serving as Lead Instructional Designer at Carley Corporation since January 2023, Michelle leads a team in creating blended learning materials that utilize sound instructional design methodology and diverse training strategies. Previous roles include leading instructional design at Solution Guidance Corporation and General Dynamics Information Technology, where Michelle developed innovative training materials for FEMA. With a strong background in curriculum development for the Air Force and expertise in Cyber Operations and C4ISR training, Michelle has demonstrated a consistent commitment to high-quality instructional design excellence, receiving recognition for outstanding contributions and collaborative efforts with Subject Matter Experts. Michelle holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Communications from the Community College of the Air Force.
