Stephen Fitzpatrick

Stephen Fitzpatrick, PMP, is an experienced Program Manager with a robust track record in managing complex programs within the defense and security sectors. Currently serving as Program Manager at Carley Corporation since December 2016, Stephen oversees the Training Services Business Segment, managing multiple task orders and a substantial revenue stream. Previously, at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, Stephen held the role of Senior Program Manager, leading operations in support of the U.S. Department of Defense. Further experience includes Program Manager positions at KAEGAN Corporation, where oversight encompassed numerous projects and employees, and JHT, Inc., focusing on instructional systems and training initiatives. Stephen's career began in instructional technology with Convergys. Educationally, Stephen holds an MBA from Florida State University, an MA in Instructional Technology, and a BS in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida.
