Kurosch Daniel Habibi founded Carl Finance GmbH in 2016, a Berlin-based fintech venture that operates Germany's largest SMB M&A platform. At Carl Finance, they utilized software and a network of cooperation partners and M&A advisory boutiques to help SMBs find acquirers. Kurosch Daniel also attracted thousands of investors to the platform who actively sought deal opportunities.

In 2015, Habibi worked as an Interim Manager at Movinga. Prior to that, in 2014, they held a role in Gillette Global Marketing at Procter & Gamble. In 2013, they worked in strategy consulting for corporate clients and private equity at OC&C Strategy Consultants.

Earlier in their career, Habibi had roles in investment banking and M&A at J.P. Morgan and UBS in 2012 and 2011, respectively. Kurosch Daniel also worked in software quality assurance at SAP in 2011 and took on responsibilities in accounting and taxation at Steuerkanzlei Herder & Brunner in 2010.

Furthermore, in 2010, Habibi had a role in public policy at the office of Prof. Dr. Maria Böhmer, Minister of State at the German Chancellery.

Kurosch Daniel Habibi completed their education in a chronological order as follows:

- From 2001 to 2010, they attended Wilhelm-Erb-Gymnasium, where they completed their high school education.

- From 2010 to 2013, they studied at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, earning their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration.

- In 2012, they participated in an exchange program at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, College of Business, during the Fall term. The degree obtained during this period is not specified.

- In 2011, they took part in a Management Abroad Course in China at Sun Yat-Sen University and South China University of Technology (SCUT).

- Lastly, from 2013 to 2015, Kurosch pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
