Leisa Laliberte Kelsey

Leisa Laliberte Kelsey, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and employee engagement, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Carlile Transportation since September 2012. Leisa has held various roles within the company, including Senior Human Resources Generalist, Employee Relations Administrator, and HR Assistant. Prior experience includes working as an Educational Support Professional at Fairfield Center School from August 2000 to August 2010, and as an Assistant District Manager at Avon, where responsibilities included recruiting and conducting background checks. Leisa also managed a retail boutique as a Retail Store Manager at Z for Men and Women. Leisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Johnson State College, completed between 2010 and 2012, and has educational credentials from the Community College of Vermont.
