Robyn Bertling, SHRM-CP, has over eight years of experience in human resources and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Carlile Transportation Systems, LLC since May 2015, Robyn has also held roles as an HR Generalist and HR Assistant within the same organization. Prior to this, Robyn worked as a Shop Technician at Airforms Inc., and held various customer service positions at NorthShore Ale House & Grill, Locals Pub and Pizzeria, Chili's Restaurant, and Fred Meyer. Robyn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and Business Management from the University of Alaska Southeast and an Associate's Degree from the University of Alaska Anchorage.

Carlile is a part of the Saltchuk Family of businesses. Founded in 1980 by brothers John and Harry McDonald, Carlile grew from just two tractors to one of Alaska’s largest trucking companies. Today, with over 350 tractors, Carlile offers a full range of transportation and logistics services. Carlile is based in Anchorage, AK and employs 450 people. The wholly owned terminals serve Alaska from Anchorage, Fairbanks, Kenai, Kodiak, Prudhoe Bay and Seward, as well as Tacoma, WA, Houston, TX, and Edmonton, AB.
