Todd Vincent has extensive experience in terminal management and operations within the transportation and rail industries. Currently serving as Terminal Manager at Carlile Transportation since April 2023, Todd previously spent over a decade in similar roles at Tacoma Rail, focusing on daily operations, employee training, and labor relations. Todd’s career includes positions as Trainmaster at Trans-Global Solutions, Site Manager at Portland & Western Railroad, and various roles at Genesee & Wyoming Inc., where responsibilities ranged from Road Foreman of Engines to Locomotive Engineer. Todd also completed coursework at the University of Washington Tacoma in the Milgard School of Business in early 2021.

Carlile is a part of the Saltchuk Family of businesses. Founded in 1980 by brothers John and Harry McDonald, Carlile grew from just two tractors to one of Alaska’s largest trucking companies. Today, with over 350 tractors, Carlile offers a full range of transportation and logistics services. Carlile is based in Anchorage, AK and employs 450 people. The wholly owned terminals serve Alaska from Anchorage, Fairbanks, Kenai, Kodiak, Prudhoe Bay and Seward, as well as Tacoma, WA, Houston, TX, and Edmonton, AB.
