Mark Lambert

Mark Lambert is the corporate director of governance and regulatory services at Carlisle City Council. Mark has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on networking and telecommunications. Mark has worked as a senior network and telecoms engineer for North of England Commissioning Support, overseeing the LAN/WAN and WLAN for over 1000 sites. Mark has also managed migrations for sites from CUCM 4 to CUCM 8.5, as well as ISDN to SIP migrations.
