Elizabeth Lyon serves as the Senior Human Resources Coordinator at Carlisle Construction Materials Headquarters since December 2020. Previously, Elizabeth held various roles, including Restaurant Manager and Server at Phillips Point Club, an offsite club owned by The Breakers Palm Beach, from October 2009 to October 2022. Earlier in Elizabeth's career, multiple positions at ClubCorp from September 2005 to October 2009 included Lead Server, Head Trainer, Bar Manager, and part-time Membership Assistant. Educational qualifications include a degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University (2005-2008) and a degree in Culinary Arts from Florida Culinary Institute (2010-2011).
