Matthew Ensor

Matthew Ensor is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in management and technical roles. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Carlisle Construction Materials since September 2021, Matthew previously held senior positions at The Manitowoc Company, including Senior Manager of Technical Services, where responsibilities encompassed leading the aftermarket parts team and enhancing customer service initiatives. Matthew's previous roles included Senior Reliability Engineer and Test Engineer II, contributing to product development and reliability through cross-functional team leadership and problem-solving methodologies. Earlier career experiences span product development at TE Connectivity and engineering internships at McCormick & Company and The Manitowoc Company. Matthew is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Sergeant and earning multiple commendations for service. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
