Justin Paulson

Justin Paulson is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Manager at Carlisle Fluid Technologies since April 2022, after having held the position of Manufacturing Engineer at the same company. Prior to this role, Justin worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Graco from January 2016 to April 2022. Earlier experience includes a Manufacturing Engineering Internship at CNH Industrial and CNC Machinist positions at Fargo Automation, Caterpillar Inc., and Bobcat Company. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from North Dakota State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Precision Machine Technology from North Dakota State College of Science. Additionally, studies were completed at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
