Leah Davis is an experienced professional in research and development, currently serving as the R&D Manager at Carlisle Spray Foam Insulation since August 2016. With a background as a Research and Development Chemist and Team Leader, Leah has specialized in the research and development of Spray Polyurethane Foam while active at Accella Polyurethane Systems from August 2016 to July 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Sterility Associate Laboratory Technician at WuXi AppTec and a Laboratory Assistant at Premium Spray Products, where duties involved product formulation, synthesis, and quality control testing. Earlier in Leah's career, customer service roles at Hamilton State Bank and Bank of America provided foundational skills in customer relations and financial transaction handling. Leah holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology from Kennesaw State University.
