Amy Mather

Amy Mather is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in various industries, currently serving as the Director of Operations for CPS, HVAC, and Insulfoam at Carlisle Companies Incorporated since November 2023. Prior to this role, Mather was the Director of Operations for Electronics & Specialty Gases at MATHESON from May 2022 to November 2023 and held the position of Sr. Director of Operations at Integer Holdings Corporation between February 2021 and April 2022. Mather has also contributed significantly to Solvay as both the Manufacturing Excellence Leader and Industrial Director from January 2015 to February 2021, and gained valuable experience as a Site Manager at Cytec Canada and Cytec Industries from January 2010 to December 2014. Mather began the career as an Operations Manager at the Willow Island facility from December 2003 to December 2009. Academically, Mather holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from West Virginia Graduate College.
