Antonio Roa

Antonio Roa has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Carlisle Management Development Associate at Carlisle Companies Incorporated since July 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Corporate Development Intern at the same company from June 2019 to August 2019. Before joining Carlisle Companies Incorporated, Antonio was a Consultant at Carlson Consulting Enterprise from January 2019 to May 2019, where they led a growth strategy project for an engine remanufacturing company.

Before their corporate roles, Antonio had a significant experience in the U.S. Navy. Antonio served on the USS Gridley (DDG 101) as a Maintenance and Material Management Senior Division Manager, handling 17 major programs that impacted material and operational readiness. Antonio also served as an Anti-Submarine Warfare Division Manager. Antonio further expanded their skills and responsibilities on the USS Chafee (DDG 90), where they served as an Engineering and Operations Division Manager. In this role, they oversaw maintenance and testing of portable damage control equipment as well as communication and operational planning.

Antonio Roa completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from the United States Naval Academy, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.
