Douglas Taylor

Douglas Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Douglas started their career at Delphi in 1991 as a Supply Chain Manager and worked there for a decade. In 2001, they joined LSG Sky Chefs as the Director West Sector, a position they held until 2005 when they transitioned to Andersen Corporation as the Director of Supply Chain. From 2010 to 2013, they served as the Plant Manager at Carlisle Industrial Brake and Friction. In 2013, they held multiple roles, including Executive in Residence at MSU Demmer Center for Business Transformation and Director of Operational Excellence at Demmer Corp. Their most recent position, which they have held since 2014, is Vice President of Carlisle Operating System at Carlisle Companies Inc.

Douglas Taylor attended Purdue University from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Leadership.
