Rick Ardmore has extensive work experience in the field of IT infrastructure and operations. Rick started their career as an intern at Boeing Commercial Airplane Group in 1994. Rick then worked at Premier Building Systems as a Network Administrator, where they supported and monitored the network infrastructure and designed a nationwide drafting department. In 1999, they joined Premier Industries as a Senior Network Administrator, managing data center and network operations and deploying virtual servers using VMware. In 2006, they joined Carlisle Construction Materials as a Senior Network Engineer, where they designed and managed network infrastructure and established data center standards. Rick later moved to Carlisle Companies as the Manager of IT Infrastructure and Operations in 2012. In this role, they managed data center and office building operations, led a team to improve service delivery, and was responsible for the budget of all company data centers.
Rick Ardmore has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on MIS, from Washington State University. Rick also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the same university. In addition to their academic qualifications, Rick has obtained several certifications, including ITIL from EXIN, MCDBA from Microsoft, MCSE+I from Microsoft, and SCSA from Sun Microsystems.
